Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and install flooring according to company procedures with high attention to detail and care
• Keep tools organized, clean, and maintain a safe work environment
• Understand the scope of work before arriving and familiarize yourself with the project file
• Handle company machinery and power tools properly
• Use units of measurement and perform basic math calculations
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, being trustworthy and comfortable in a customer's home
• Ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
• Work to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Travel throughout the week to various work locations

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of flooring installation experience
• Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly
• Repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting are required
• This is a travel-intensive role
