This full-time, on-site role requires strong attention to detail, coaching skills, and the ability to coordinate with management to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or inspection experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use.
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
