Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in construction.
• Previous experience in a construction environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble floor joists, beams, and subfloor structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction plans.
• Install subflooring materials and ensure proper alignment and leveling.
• Use hand and power tools to fasten and secure framing components.
• Inspect framing work to ensure structural integrity and code compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
