Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis is seeking a Floor Finisher to clean various soft and hard surface floors using electrical and battery-powered equipment, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

This 1st-shift role (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) includes rotating weekends, strict PPE compliance, and a commitment to hazard-free, sanitary environments. The posted hourly pay range reflects transparency requirements for this position.

• Cleans various soft and hard surface floors using electrical and battery powered equipment.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and freedom from hazards and infections.
• Complies with established personal protective equipment requirements necessary for protection against exposure to blood and other potentially infectious body fluids, chemical disinfecting, radiation, asbestos, and other hazardous substances.
• This position will be a 1st shift position (7A-3:30P) with rotating weekends.

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $19.50 - $28.50 per hour for the role of Floor Finisher.
