Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, progress, and prioritize parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next operation.
• Coordinate the physical movement of parts throughout the organization.
• Work with Vendor Management Coordinator to ensure timely processing and tracking of parts at vendors.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure all requirements are completed.
• Assist Program Managers with status updates on action items.
• Develop and maintain reports highlighting needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal and customer use.
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership.
• Support inventory tracking and weekly purge actions.
• Support productivity to development and work order management activities as needed.
• Assist shipping function and gather cert data required for shipment.

• Support productivity to development and work order management activities as needed

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Previous working knowledge of machines, processes, ERP, etc.
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Generally on foot most of day; Must be able to and support frequent walking/standing
• Work safely under functional guidelines; Use of PPE is required
