Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) is hiring for our Display Team. As a full-time team member, you will assemble, inspect, stock and build product displays to catch customer attention in a fast-paced store environment.

We offer an hourly pay range of $18.58–$23.13, plus benefits such as same‑day pay, staff discount, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) with company match. Candidates should be 18+, with warehouse experience encouraged and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and early hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• 6 months’ labor or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Handling products so you are safe and the product is damage free
• Work Smarter, Not Harder: Safely use mechanical aids (flats, dollys, box cutters, power tools, etc.)
• Set the Stage: Assemble, inspect, and display product on the sales floor
• Play Your Part: Remove sold product off the sales floor and wrap purchases for customer pick-ups
