Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) is hiring for a Display Team member. You’ll assemble and display products on the sales floor, inspect and stock displays, and assist with customer pickups in a fast-paced environment located in Kansas City.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient material handling. The position supports a Tue-Sat schedule with a morning shift, offering competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ labor or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Handling products so you are safe and the product is damage free.
• Work Smarter, Not Harder: Safely use mechanical aids (flats, dollys, box cutters, power tools, etc.).
• Set the Stage: Assemble, inspect, and display product on the sales floor.
• Play Your Part: Remove sold product off the sales floor and wrap purchases for customer pick-ups.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
