Job summary

Covenant Living in Keene, NH is seeking a Floor and Custodial Technician to perform cleaning, floor maintenance, and light maintenance across the campus to support residents and staff.

Responsibilities include following schedules, cleaning in various areas, using floor equipment, linen handling, inventory restocking, and reporting repairs. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in housekeeping or maintenance, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in housekeeping or general maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Dependability and ability to organize daily cleaning schedules.
• Interest in and desire to work with older adults is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial and cleaning tasks across assigned areas.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, waxing and buffing.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report needed repairs.
• Participate in linen program and guest room tasks as needed.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and inventory is managed.
