Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with respect and enthusiasm.
• Handle transactions accurately, including credit/debit advances, cash checks, and exchanging cash, chips, and tickets.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions in the company system.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to policies, promoting responsible gaming and alcohol service.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of high-volume cash handling or cashiering experience, preferably in casino or banking.
• Strong cash handling, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn computer systems and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a gaming license.
