Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors including vacuuming and mopping.
• Clean and maintain surface areas, dust, sanitize, and clean glass.
• Remove trash and transport it to disposal areas.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely following all safety precautions.
• Represent the facility positively and follow oral instructions.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.

Essential Duties

• Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting)
• Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing)
• Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions
• Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed
