Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Floor Technician to manage daily Environmental Services tasks in our Shelbyville, KY facility. You will perform floor cleaning, carpet care, wall cleaning, and related duties to meet federal, state, and local standards for our senior living environment.

The role demands attention to safety, reliability, and collaboration with the site team to maintain a clean, healthy space for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
