Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Floor Technician to manage daily Environmental Services duties at our Harrison, OH location. You will perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to meet facility standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring safe and sanitary surroundings for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include floor cleaning, carpet care, wall/ceiling cleaning, and the use of safety signs before activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
