Refresh is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our operations. Our Flooring Technicians perform a variety of flooring cleaning and repair services throughout the area.

This is an entry-level position with potential for rapid career growth for the right individual. $16 to $20 per hour PLUS Commission potential!

Your workday begins at our shop in Cleveland, where you pick up the van. Daily work involves using company equipment and vehicles at multiple job sites in Cleveland and Akron. All equipment, including truck mounts, is well-maintained. Refresh focuses on apartment make-ready services such as carpet cleaning, stain removal, repairs, and more.

It is required to have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license for this position.

Refresh provides services to the multi-family industry, helping large management companies prepare apartment units for new tenants. Services include bath refinishing, carpet cleaning, painting, and janitorial work. Founded in 2016, the company has grown into a respected leader in its space. Responsibilities

• Cleaning carpet and tile flooring
• Carpet repair & patching
• Stain spotting & removal
• Water extraction, relays, and flood cleaning
• Maintaining equipment and vehicles

Skills and Experience

• No college required
• 1-2 years of carpet cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
• Clean driving history and valid driver’s license required
• Background check for licensing
• Monday-Friday, AM shift, 16-24 hours weekly
• Experience with apartment communities is a plus but not required

Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission.
