Refresh is seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our operations. Our Flooring Technicians perform a variety of flooring cleaning and repair services throughout the area.

This is an entry-level position with the potential to grow into a rewarding career for the right individual. $16 to $20 per hour PLUS commission potential!

Your workday will start at our shop in Cleveland, where you will pick up the van. Daily work involves using company equipment and vehicles at multiple job sites in the Cleveland and Akron areas. All equipment, including truck mounts, is well-maintained for experienced technicians. Refresh specializes in apartment make-ready services, including carpet cleaning, stain removal, repairs, and more.

It is required to have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license for this position.

About Us

Founded in 2016, Refresh provides services to the multi-family industry, helping large management companies prepare apartment units for new tenants. Our services include bath refinishing, carpet cleaning, painting, and janitorial work. As we prepare to franchise our business, there are many future opportunities for advancement and leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of carpet and tile flooring
• Carpet repair & patching
• Stain spotting & removal
• Water extraction, relays, and flood cleaning
• Maintaining equipment, including cleaning vans and tools

Skills and Experience:

• No college required
• 1-2 years of carpet cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
• Background check for licensing purposes
• Monday-Friday, AM shift, part-time (16-24 hours weekly)
• Experience with apartment communities is a plus but not necessary
