Ability to perform all assigned tasks per policy and as directed in a professional manner. Ability to communicate and maintain a satisfactory and harmonious working relationship with all levels of leadership, staff, public, and other consumers in a courteous and tactful manner. Ability to apply knowledge of general Departmental, FFBH and BTNRH policies and administrative procedures. Basic computer skills.
