Sizemore is seeking a Floor Care Technician in North Canton, OH to maintain hard surfaces and carpeting at client sites. The role involves operating floor care equipment, performing routine mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet maintenance under limited supervision.

Pay rate is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, and shifts run 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, seven days a week totaling 35 hours weekly. The company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow simple instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Maintain carpets: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extraction.
• General cleaning of restrooms and other areas.
• Operate floor care machines safely.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Report time worked and equipment issues.
• Assist with floor stripping as needed.
• Provide guidance on floor care procedures to less-experienced technicians.
