Job summary

Freedom Specialty Services Incorporated in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Floor Care Technician to conduct comprehensive floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, burnishing and sealing. You will work either independently or as part of a small team of two to three technicians to ensure clean, safe floors across facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but open to learning.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment (buffers, burnishers, extraction machines, carpet cleaners).
• Strong emphasis on safety in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform stripping, waxing, burnishing, sealing and other floor maintenance tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a small team of 2–3 technicians.
