Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to maintain floors at Carlson client locations in the Upper Midwest. You will perform stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting under limited supervision, delivering clean, polished results.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work first shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Care Technician performs floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting.
• Provides onsite cleaning services at Carlson client locations under limited supervision.
• Represents Carlson, interacting with customers, store personnel and the public in a respectful and friendly manner.
