Job summary

Carlson Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing and extraction.

You will work at Carlson client locations with limited supervision, interact with customers and team members, and have weekend availability as part of the role. Growth within the company is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation
• Ability to regularly lift 45 pounds
• Ability to push and pull floor cleaning equipment over various floors
• Ability to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by needs of the position
