The position involves operating floor care equipment, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating with the Building Maintenance team to ensure clean, safe environments. Shift runs 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, five days per week.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care, including routine mopping, scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extracting carpets.
• Provides other cleaning services, such as dusting, restroom and area cleaning.
• Operates floor care machines and cleaning products safely according to manufacturer instructions.
• Follows safety requirements and reports time worked via timekeeping systems.
