Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic environment and as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to lift 45 pounds and handle cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Carpet maintenance including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extraction.
• Other cleaning duties such as dusting and restroom cleaning.
• Operate floor care machines safely and follow manufacturer instructions.
• Follow all safety requirements and report issues to supervisor.
• Record time worked via phone timekeeping system.
• Interact respectfully with customers and personnel.
• Maintain organized storage and restock supplies as needed.
• Provide guidance on floor care procedures when needed.
• Assist with occasional floor stripping and other duties as assigned.
