CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a Floor Technician to keep facility floors clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will clean carpets and hard floors, operate floor machines, and manage supplies with strict adherence to SOPs.

Requirements include at least 1 year as a floor technician, high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift experience. A 12-hour shift pattern is described with weekend rotation and potential benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• At least 1 year of floor technician experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and PPE requirements.
• Experience with floor machines and maintenance procedures.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain carpeted and hard floor surfaces.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, stripping, and refinishing per SOP.
• Move furniture as needed and return items after work.
• Monitor supplies and request cleaning solutions as needed.
• Operate floor machines and ensure proper condition.
• Comply with PPE guidelines and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
