Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Floor Technician to keep all floor areas of our Phoenix facility clean, safe and well-maintained. You will perform sweeping, mopping, carpet and hard floor care, move furniture as needed and ensure equipment is maintained and stored properly.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of floor cleaning experience and a valid driver's license. You will follow SOPs, use PPE and support recycling and waste disposal programs daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of floor cleaning experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, strip and refinish hard floors as per SOPs.
• Vacuum and scrub carpeted areas as per SOPs.
• Move furniture and return items after cleaning.
• Monitor supplies and request cleaning solutions as needed.
• Operate floor care equipment and keep machines clean and maintained.
• Follow PPE guidelines and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Participate in recycling activities and monitor trash disposal.
• Operate forklifts, ride-on pallet jacks, and tugger as needed.
