You will operate floor care equipment for large areas and ensure safe handling of cleaning solutions. The ideal candidate has prior floor care experience, knowledge of equipment and techniques, and the ability to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Must follow safety procedures due to physical risks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work varying shifts.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor care and perform stripping, refinishing, and burnishing.
• Operate equipment to clean large floor areas.
• Carpet care including shampooing, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Disinfect floor care equipment after use.
• Follow safety precautions and properly mix cleaning solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
