Job summary

Westgate Resorts is hiring a Floor Cleaning Technician to maintain carpet, floor, and upholstery cleanliness across the resort. The role requires attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

A valid driver’s license and background check are required; training will be provided for equipment use and safety protocols. The position operates on a full-time schedule with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift, in Branson, MO, with benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check, drug test, and work eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning carpets and floors in rooms and public areas.
• Remove smoke/water damage residues; wax/strip floors as needed.
• Operate carpet/floor cleaning equipment and transport supplies.
• Set safety signs before cleaning activities.
• Position fans/dehumidifiers to dry moisture from textiles.
• Verify moisture removal with moisture sensors.
• Apply fabric conditioners, disinfectants, and protectors.
• Inspect restorations for standards; train fellow staff.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
