Job summary

Vi Living is hiring a Floor Technician at Vi at Aventura, FL. You will operate standard housekeeping equipment and perform floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas, with occasional repairs and daily cleaning of common spaces.

Qualified applicants have at least 2 years in floor care or related fields and must have a valid driver’s license where applicable. Florida background screening requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of floor care/housekeeping/janitorial experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services or senior living.
• Valid and current driver’s license where applicable.
• Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment and apply chemical solutions safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in common areas.
• Perform minor repairs on an as-needed basis.
• Clean and maintain community common areas.
