Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Floor Technician to join our housekeeping team in Aventura, FL. This role focuses on restoring and maintaining carpet and hard floors in common areas and may include minor repairs.

A minimum of two years in floor care or related service is preferred, plus a valid driver’s license where required. Candidates should be skilled in operating floor care equipment and familiar with chemical solutions and dilution ratios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living environments.
• Valid and current driver’s license, where applicable.
• Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures.
• Skill with chemical solutions and dilution ratios.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community’s common areas.
• Perform minor repairs on an as-needed basis.
• Clean common areas of the community.

Floor Technician

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will operate standard housekeeping equipment in:

• Performing routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
• Performing minor repairs on an as needed basis.repairs. Cleans common areas of the community.

Qualifications
