Job summary

Vi at Aventura is seeking a Floor Technician to join our housekeeping team. The role involves operating standard cleaning equipment and performing floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in floor care or related fields, with skills in equipment operation, floor care procedures, and safe chemical handling. A valid driver's license is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services, or senior living environments.
• Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures and chemical solution/dilution ratios.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard housekeeping equipment on the community's floors and common areas.
• Perform routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance; perform minor repairs as needed.
