Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors and carpets at client locations in Howard, WI. You will operate floor care machines, perform waxing, buffing, extraction, and routine cleaning under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs floor care including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extraction.
• Performs restroom cleaning, restocking, and detailed area cleaning as needed.
• Operates floor care machines safely and reports equipment issues promptly.
• Following daily task lists and client requirements; communicates with supervisor.
• Ensures safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times.
