Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Floor Care Technician for a part-time role in Lakeland, FL. You will perform detailed floor cleaning in patient and non-patient areas, ensure compliance with safety and infection prevention standards, and promptly respond to spills and environmental needs.

The position also involves moving and setting up furniture for patient care areas and events, while supporting cost-effective operations through proper resource use.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Floor Care experience required.
• Operate and maintain floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed floor care and specialized cleaning in patient and non-patient areas.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with hospital standards, safety guidelines, and infection prevention protocols.
• Respond promptly to spills and environmental service needs.
• Move and set up furniture for patient care areas, meetings, and special events.

Schedule: Part Time- every other weekend

As a Foor Care Technician:
