Job summary

Marsden Central is hiring a Full Time Day Shift Specialty Services/Floor Tech in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves hard surface floor care, carpet care, and related duties under the supervision of the crew leader or manager of the Specialty Services Division.

Responsibilities include stripping, scrubbing, carpet care, and specialty cleaning tasks with various floor machines. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, and teamwork spirit.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented mentality.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions from crew leads/managers.
• Perform other duties for Specialty Services Division.

Responsibilities

• Strip and refinish hard surface floors using a low speed swing machine and related equipment.
• Scrub hard surface floors with appropriate machines and supplies.
• Scrub concrete floors using autos scrubber and related equipment.
• Scrub ceramic, marble, terrazzo and other flooring types.
• Carpet extraction using carpet extractors and related equipment.
• Dry foam carpeting using a Taski Ergo disk machine.
• Bonnet clean using a low speed swing machine and bonnets.
• CFR carpet and upholstered furniture cleaning with specialized equipment.
