Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety, you must be able to speak English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean is core; Specialty Services goes beyond general cleaning.
• Perform Commercial Window Cleaning.
• Buffing, Stripping and Waxing Floors.
• Carpet and Upholstery cleaning.
• Pressure Washing of Facilities.
