Glacier Hills Senior Living in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a dedicated Floor Care Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members. You will perform floor care tasks, clean carpets, follow maintenance schedules, and help create a comfortable living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school education preferred.
• Previous floor care, environmental services, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing, and maintaining hard surface floors
• Clean carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting
• Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures
• Coordinate floor care activities to minimize disruption in resident living areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Remove dirt, dust, grease, and debris using proper cleaning methods and products
• Help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and guests
