You will handle night and weekend calls, coordinate tasks, and train staff on proper floor care techniques, while keeping customers informed and meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Prior floor care experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning.
• Lead and train a team of floor technicians.
• Prioritize daily assignments and ensure quality standards.
• Respond to emergencies during nights/weekends as needed.
• Maintain paperwork and review with customers at job end.
• Monitor supplies and request orders as needed.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
