Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience as a Floor Care Machine Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with a variety of floor care equipment and operation.
• Knowledge of different floor types and cleaning methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as scrubbers, polishers, and vacuums.
• Set up and adjust machines for different floor surfaces.
• Clean floors using appropriate agents and equipment.
• Address stains and spills promptly.
• Inspect floors for cleanliness, shine, and quality.
• Report deficiencies and malfunctions to the maintenance team.
