Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and related duties while following safety standards. This on-site role requires reliability and the ability to work with a team.

The position offers a day shift from Sunday to Wednesday, 5:00am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $15.00–$16.00 per hour. No formal education is required, and 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred; forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• No education requirement; 6 mo–1 year experience preferred.
• Proven ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals; safe use and handling.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work with team to complete assignments and meet deadlines.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment.
• Perform floor care: waxing, stripping, buffing and basic maintenance.
• Maintain clean work area and report safety hazards.
