Job summary

ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Floor Technician in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment, with a schedule of Wed–Sat, 6:00 am–4:30 pm.

Experience in floor care preferred; training offered. Competitive pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time benefits available to associates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of floor care experience preferred.
• Willing to train.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operates industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for large floor areas.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extraction.
• Performs restoration for various floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
