Environment Control Southwest Ohio is seeking a Floor Technician Manager to oversee and grow our floor care operations. You will lead floor technicians, coordinate projects, manage equipment, and drive quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety, training, and developing a high‑performing team while pursuing opportunities to expand floor care services and revenue within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial janitorial services or professional floor care.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team of technicians.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot professional floor care equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care methods: stripping, waxing, refinishing, scrubbing, carpet extraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor technicians and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly floor care projects.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain qualified technicians, with hands-on leadership and evaluations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company procedures and policies.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and project budgets to meet deadlines.
• Conduct routine site inspections and communicate outcomes to management and customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow floor care revenue within existing accounts.
