Job summary

SBM Site Services, LLC is seeking a Floor Care Lead in Hillsboro, OR. The role coordinates the Floor Care Program, inspects areas/equipment for sanitation and OSHA compliance, and trains staff on safety and procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, producing reports, tracking inventory and supplies, ensuring proper PPE use, and reporting incidents to the supervisor. Shifts are Sunday-Thursday evenings with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safety training certification.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Floor Care Program activities.
• Train and instruct employees on tasks, safety, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Inspect quality, safety, and service; track equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Monitor PPE usage and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
• Report accidents/incidents promptly; address at-risk behavior.
