Job summary

Safety Technology International, Inc. in Waterford, MI is seeking a Floor Assembler to join our production team. As a floor assembler, you will support fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair of components, while keeping work areas clean and aligned with safety and quality requirements.

You must follow detailed work instructions, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time on-site role offers consistent daytime hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Prior floor assembling experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per order and prepare goods for shipment.
• Test and verify product quality and specifications.
• Record assembly data accurately.

Floor Assembler

Job Summary
Floor assemblers at STI perform tasks that are necessary to the production process. They aid in the fabrication, maintenance, assembly, and repair of component parts and products. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assemble products per order and prepare goods for shipment
• Test and verifyproduct quality and specifications
• Record assembly data
• Rely on work instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
