Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Logistics or related field, or Walmart logistics management experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
• Associates will attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, providing feedback, and modeling company policies.
• Identify concerns and coordinate corrective actions by consulting with others as needed.
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Act with integrity and serve customers while applying Walmart business models.
• Drive improvements and adopt new technologies to support change.
