SouthState Bank, National Association is seeking a Universal Banker to serve as a combined Teller and Financial Services Representative at our branch. The role focuses on delivering full-service customer care, handling transactions, opening deposits, and expanding customer relationships with proactive referrals.

The ideal candidate will have cash handling, sales and customer service experience, strong interpersonal and computer skills, and the ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Serves customers quickly, accurately, efficiently and confidentially according to bank standards.
• Identifies customer needs and expands relationships by making referrals.
• Performs teller duties: transactions for savings, checking and loans; balances daily.
• Opens new deposit accounts and handles related maintenance functions within limits.
• Maintains branch security, audit procedures, and proper workflow.
