• Support client transactions and ensure accurate, timely execution of frontline banking activities.
• Coach and support branch teams to meet performance expectations.
• Implement process improvements to strengthen service delivery.
• Monitor operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
• Open new accounts and handle teller transactions; market and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Refer customers to other banking services and bank personnel as appropriate.
