Magical Beginnings in Beverly, MA is seeking a Floating Toddler Teacher to support multiple classrooms within our licensed child care center. You will assist lead teachers with daily activities, prep, and routines while delivering warm, developmentally appropriate care.

Qualifications

• EEC Teacher Certification (any age group), CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (preferred, not required).
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting.
• Engaging and energetic demeanor with a love for helping young children meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities, lesson prep, and learning routines.
• Provide flexible classroom coverage across infant, toddler, and preschool age groups.
• Step into different classrooms to maintain consistent, high-quality care.
