Eastman Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join the West Region. You will perform teller transactions and balance cash drawers, while upholding policies and delivering professional member service. Flexibility is required to float between Mt.

Carmel and Rogersville branches, with potential moves to Greeneville, Gate City, and Duffield as needs arise. A strong, customer-focused approach and reliable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently using cash equipment.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve outages by analyzing transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of teller policies and applicable regulations.
• Access member account information and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Process additional duties such as wire transfers, notary duties, and card creation as needed.
• Demonstrate service excellence through empathy, reliability, responsiveness and courteous interactions.
• Attend team meetings and support ECU’s Mission, Values and policies.
• Demonstrate exceptional attendance and punctuality.
