Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Display working knowledge of bank software by using computer systems to obtain customer information, balances and transactions.
• Serve customers in a cordial manner and foster a positive customer experience.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and checks within guidelines; refer out-of-scope items to a supervisor.
• Handle deposits by mail, night drop and ATM; maintain records and provisions.
• Assist customers with consumer and business products; participate in sales and service activities.
• Support and referrals to drive banking outcomes; deliver the best customer experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of teller processing, vault procedures, and end-of-day work.
