Job Description:
Floating Store Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.

- Perform daily gas price surveys.
- Complete and transmit daily accounting paperwork by noon.

- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and discipline staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Order and receive merchandise as per guidelines.
- Coordinate gasoline deliveries and maintain fuel levels.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
- Conduct employee evaluations and implement promotional initiatives.
- Monitor cash handling and inventory, assist in investigations.
- Audit cashier paperwork and maintain store image standards.
- Report maintenance issues and unusual occurrences.
- Operate price books, security cameras, and perform PDI reports.
- Manage payroll schedules.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Perform additional surveys and assist in store coverage as needed.
- Hire, train, and develop assistant managers.
- Attend all training sessions and fulfill other duties as assigned.

- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environments preferred.
- Experience in staff management, scheduling, and expense control.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
