Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking a Floating Service Technician to support our communities in New Britain, Allentown, PA, and Wilmington, DE. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment communities running smoothly and ensuring residents have a great experience.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle service requests and repairs, prep vacated homes, maintain grounds and amenities, perform preventive maintenance and inspections, assist with snow removal, and participate in on-call
