Job summary

Kalos Residential seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities across multiple states. Travel is frequent, and you will respond to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry needs on-site, ensuring properties stay in top condition.

With 100+ unit properties to manage, you will lead preventive maintenance and turns, requiring a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 and CPO certifications are required.
• Experience managing turns and preventive maintenance at 100+ unit properties.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties as needed and address maintenance issues on-site.
• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry as required.
• Manage turns and preventive maintenance to uphold property standards.
