Clerk of the Illinois Supreme Court seeks a highly motivated individual for the reviewing and issuance of certificates of admission; assisting with the filing of judicial financial disclosures statements for the Illinois judiciary; scanning of court documents; and organization of special judicial events. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple priorities is required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Possess strong interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, meet deadlines; manage interruptions, work independently, and maintain confidential information. Skill in the use of a computer keyboard to access and enter data into the case management system. Must possess excellent written/verbal communication, comprehension and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A minimum of three years of work experience in an office environment, preferably a legal setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. An associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
